Cricut Assistant

What's the job?

We're looking for a Cricut Assistant to help create, cut, weed, and deliver stencils for all birthday parties and Sign and Wine events. 

When's the job?

This job is done on your own time with your own machine. You chose when you work, just have the stencils ready for us when we need them! You need to be able to be flexible with this position. Some weeks you will need to prepare for 3 parties, some weeks we may have no stencils needed. 

Where is the job?

From the comfort of your home!

What do I need to do?

  • You need to have Cricut or Cameo experience and knowledge of how to create vinyl stencils.

  • We will send you the stencil designs and a list of needed stencils for the week. You'll need to ensure that those stencils are cut, weeded, and delivered to Rachel in time for the party. Delivery options will be discussed based on what's easiest for both of us and based on where you live. 

  • Time management skills is a must. Some of our parties are 10 people and some are 60+, so you'll need to be able to plan accordingly to ensure stencils are delivered on time. 

  • We will design the stencils for you, but knowledge on how to create your own stencils is a plus!

  • A great attiture and willingness to learn and do new things. We are always changing what we do!

Art Assistant

What's the job?

We're looking for Art Assistants to attend our Sign and Wine parties, birthday parties, Girl Scout classes, and other special events and assist Rachel or other lead teachers. 

When's the job?

Parties and classes are offered Wednesday-Sunday, so you must be able to work those weekday nights and weekend days. Schedule is release a head of time, but please only apply if you currently have a flexible schedule.

Where is the job?

All of our parties are travel parties, so you will need to be able to travel to various locations.


What do I need to do?

  • Our parties are sometimes 60+ people so art assistants need to be able to give directions to a small group of people and help them create their projects. You need to be able to approach people and help them with their projects and give any necessary directions. 

  • You’ll need to be able to be personable and make sure everyone is having a good time!

  • Assist participants in their projects in a fun and relatable way. 

  • Must be personable!

  • Must be able to speak in front of a small group of children or adults to be able to give art directions.

  • Must be able to take direction from me or other lead teachers and ensure participants can execute those directions.

  • Must be able to help Rachel with clean up and set up of all materials. 

  • Previous art experience is highly preferred. 

  • Have experience with children and strategies to help them create their art piece. 

  • A great attitude and willingness to learn and do new things. We are always changing what we do!
